Antoinette Dale Henderson
Antoinette Dale Henderson has spent over 20 years working with the private and public sector, supporting individuals and teams to build confidence, deliver excellence and exceed expectations.
She has held leadership positions within some of the world’s top communications agencies, including Ogilvy and Mather and Porter Novelli, delivering award-winning campaigns for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and charity sectors.
Before setting up Zomi Communications in 2007, Antoinette was Director of the Healthcare division of Weber Shandwick, the UK’s leading multi-specialist PR agency. As part of her role, she was responsible for delivering a range of international, European and UK programmes, targeting specialist and lay audiences. As a senior member of the leadership team, she successfully managed many change and development programmes, including forging a departmental vision, managing rapid expansion, teambuilding and designing an extensive training programme.
Antoinette is passionate about providing professionals with the skills and confidence they need to unlock their true potential. She has adopted the ‘coach approach’ with individuals and teams throughout her entire career. She is a certified coach and NLP practitioner and adheres to the Code of Ethics of the International Coach Federation, of which she is a member.
