
Designing training solutions for you
At Zomi, we approach every training assignment with an open mind, taking time to understand the development needs of your people and your business objectives. We provide the following service, as standard:
- Planning meeting: typically held with HR and/or training leads, we explore business goals, development challenges and training requirements
- Needs analysis: we then hold one to one meetings with the people we’ll be training, to understand aspirations, strengths, areas for development and what they want to get out of the training
- Assessment: we can apply a whole range of self-assessment tools (Belbin, Insights, Hayes 360, MBTI, SDI), depending on your requirements and the experience of the group
- Training package: we’ll then design a programme that will meet both the company’s business objectives and your team's professional development needs. All training programmes are driven by SMART learning objectives
- Follow up: participants are sent ‘refresher’ emails at regular intervals after the training has finished to ensure that key learnings are applied and retained. We also offer a telephone coaching service for after the course is finished
- Evaluation: courses are evaluated against SMART objectives using a mixture of participant surveys, 360° feedback and performance tracking
