Chandler Chicco Graduate Training Programme

Zomi Communications helped CCC launch its first graduate training programme in September 2009. Antoinette worked closely with the HR team to tailor a bespoke programme that was in line with the company’s unique culture.

Packer Forbes

Packer Forbes commissioned Zomi Communications to deliver a training programme to their mid-level staff in 2010. In the first workshop, ‘Knowing yourself and making the most of your teams’, delegates completed a Belbin questionnaire to identify their ‘team role profile’ and discussed how they would adapt their approach when working with people with different styles. The workshop enabled delegates to gain clarity on their own position within a team and provided them with the tools to better understand, and therefore work more effectively with, a whole range of different people.

The second workshop, ‘Presenting with Confidence’, included guidance on how to structure a presentation, based on a clear understanding of your audience’s needs and your communications objectives. The afternoon focussed on presentation delivery and included training with an actor on voice control, posture and body language, relaxation and ‘presence’.
